If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions — just email us with your order number.
Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
Consumers in the EU and EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of that right.
By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless.
If something goes wrong
We want you to be able to use what you bought. Contact us and we will fix it:
- You did not receive your download — check your spam folder, then contact us and we will re-send your files.
- A file is corrupted or will not open — contact us and we will send you a working copy, or refund you.
- You were charged twice — contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- You bought the wrong product — contact us and we will swap it or refund you.
