You can drop the same quiz straight into your school site, class blog or VLE, so pupils play without leaving your page. Pick the tables and the round length, then copy the code. Free, no sign-up, and no adverts inside the game.
No timer by default. Choose minutes and the round becomes a speed drill instead: questions keep coming until the time runs out.
By default the pupil sees a selection screen first and can change the tables themselves. With the second option the game opens directly on the tables you ticked, with no selection screen — best for homework on one specific table.
Google Classroom does not allow embeds: paste the link there instead of the code.

🏫 How teachers use Times Table Kids
A pattern that works well: introduce a table with its chart, practise with that table’s games, consolidate with a generated worksheet, and check fluency with the speed test or MTC simulator.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Do my pupils need an account to use Times Table Kids?
No. Every game, test, generator and free printable on the site opens straight away — no account, no email address, no app to install. That is deliberate: it keeps the tools usable on a shared classroom computer and it means you are not asking parents to sign children up to anything.
Can I put the quiz on my own school website?
Yes, and it is free. Use the builder above to pick the tables and the round length, then copy the code into any page that accepts HTML — the “Custom HTML” block in WordPress, or the “Embed” option in Google Sites, Wix, Blogger and Moodle. Google Classroom does not accept embed code, so paste the link there instead.
What is the difference between the two starting options in the builder?
“Selection screen” means the pupil sees the table picker first and can change what they practise. “Starts straight away” skips that screen and locks the round to the tables you ticked, which is what you want when the whole point of the homework is the 7 times table.
Is the multiplication worksheet generator really unlimited?
Yes. You can build as many sheets as you like, with any combination of tables from 1 to 12, in order or shuffled, in colour or in ink-saving black and white, and every sheet comes with an answer key. Nothing is metered and nothing expires.
How does the MTC practice tool relate to the real Multiplication Tables Check?
It mirrors the format of the statutory Year 4 check — twenty-five questions with a six-second limit on each — so pupils rehearse under the same conditions. It is a practice tool, not an official assessment, and no results are sent anywhere; the score stays in the browser.
What licence do the paid bundles come with, and can a whole school buy one?
